Why is an examination so important to my success?

When I was told that I needed to have an examination on my business, I honestly wasn’t convinced. As a CPA / owner of an accounting practice, for over 30 years, I honestly thought I had a pretty good idea of what was going on.

Wow . . . was I ever wrong!

What was exciting for me is that “I trusted the integrity of the system,” and completed both the 30 minute Strategy Session and then the Business X-Ray. If I could have known then what I know now, I would have honestly skipped the 30 minute Strategy Session and jumped straight into the Business X-Ray.

A strong examination is critical and regardless of how long someone is in business and/or how much experience that person has, everyone needs to do an examination as their first step.
